CastleKare is a family-owned and operated company focused on one outcome: a consistently clean, healthy work environment for your employees and visitors. We deliver comprehensive janitorial services built around clear standards, dependable follow-through, and results you can see. Quality System
CastleKare uses a quality-control inspection program to maintain consistent service across every facility we support. Our Inspection Manager conducts routine audits, documents results, and follows up to confirm standards are being met.
We track customer feedback through scheduled site visits and a scoring system we share with each client. Some inspections are unannounced to our staff to confirm day-to-day performance matches the agreed scope. After each inspection cycle, clients receive a summary report with findings and any corrective actions.
Soon, we plan to introduce a customer portal where clients can request updates and view inspection reports.

She oversees scheduling, training, and on-site performance follow-up, and maintains safety and compliance routines across accounts. Her work is centered on operational accountability and client communication so service stays predictable and problems get handled fast.

She builds client relationships, guides customers through service selection and scheduling, and coordinates closely with Operations to keep handoffs clean and commitments aligned.
