CastleKare is a family-owned and operated company focused on one outcome: a consistently clean, healthy work environment for your employees and visitors. We deliver comprehensive janitorial services built around clear standards, dependable follow-through, and results you can see. Our goal is full client satisfaction through consistent performance and responsive communication.

Quality System

CastleKare uses a quality-control inspection program to maintain consistent service across every facility we support. Our Inspection Manager conducts routine audits, documents results, and follows up to confirm standards are being met.

We track customer feedback through scheduled site visits and a scoring system we share with each client. Some inspections are unannounced to our staff to confirm day-to-day performance matches the agreed scope. After each inspection cycle, clients receive a summary report with findings and any corrective actions.

Soon, we plan to introduce a customer portal where clients can request updates and view inspection reports.

Evalezia leads day-to-day operations across CastleKare’s service lines, with a focus on consistent standards, reliable staffing, and clean execution at every site. She oversees scheduling, training, and on-site performance follow-up, and maintains safety and compliance routines across accounts. Her work is centered on operational accountability and client communication so service stays predictable and problems get handled fast.

Ariana leads sales and account development with a focus on clear scope, accurate expectations, and dependable follow-through. She builds client relationships, guides customers through service selection and scheduling, and coordinates closely with Operations to keep handoffs clean and commitments aligned. Her priority is growth that protects reputation, not growth that creates service gaps.

Allan Vasconcelos

Allan leads CastleKare’s marketing and communications, with a focus on clear positioning, consistent branding, and dependable lead generation. He manages social media and web content, build client-facing materials, and coordinates closely with Sales and Operations to keep promises accurate and trust high.
